Suufle HMWR Return and Cancellation Policy

At Suufle HMWR, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, the following conditions apply:

 Return Conditions

You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

The product to be returned must:

• Be unused
• Be in its original packaging
• Be in resalable condition

For hygiene reasons, returns of products that come into contact with food are not accepted if they have been used.

For approved returns, a refund will be processed within 3–7 business days after the product reaches us.

 Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Used or damaged products
• Products worn out due to industrial use

 Cancellation Policy

Your order can be canceled before it is shipped.
For orders that have already been shipped, the return process will apply.
